Healing in Costa Rica

March 22nd - 29th, 2023

with Taylor Simpson

Allow your experience with the Grandmother Plant to be safe, potent and life changing.

When we feel called to sit with Medicine of any type, but especially the Grandmother, the set & setting is incredibly important.

I created this offering and in-person container for two reasons:

1.  When I was called by Aya to come sit with her, finding a space that I felt 110% safe to do so was what I needed.  I yearned for a women’s only week long ceremony where I could be held and process after each ceremony with other women.   I could never find one.   The first time I sat was beautiful, yet it was only 1 night and mixed with women and men.

I knew after that night, that eventually after working with the Medicine for awhile and when she told me it was “time”, that I would create that exact container I deeply wanted, knowing there’s other women who would be currently looking for it.

So now I have, and it’s an honor to have been giving the “go” to hold this space at such a beautiful and safe venue for women looking to sit their first (or again) time.

2.  Requests on requests.   Over the past 2 years I’ve been receiving hundreds of requests from clients, retreat attendees and community members if I could create a space for them to feel safe to sit at.  “Where do you recommend I go that’s all women?”  (I never had an answer to give).

I know so many women are ready, and you are one of them.

This experience is an invitation-only experience and the attendees have been highly vetted.  You, amongst a small group of women have been accepted or you wouldn’t have the link to this page.

I honor you and look forward to holding space for you as you traverse the planes with this life changing medicine.

Receive Your Healing...

A message from the Private Retreat Center I have fully rented out so we have the entire space to ourselves:

We work with indigenous Peruvian Shipibo female and male healers, and have decades of combined experience working at top-rated ayahuasca retreat centers in the Peruvian Amazon. We are honored to promote the expansion of plant medicines and holistic health in an accessible, respectful, informed way.

Our highest priority is the physical, emotional, energetic, and spiritual safety of our guests. In all respects, we work to create a safe and loving space for you to dig deep, address root causes, and let go of what doesn’t serve you.

Ayahuasca is an Amazonian plant medicine that has been used in a sacred context by indigenous and mestizo healers in Peru, Colombia, Ecuador and Brazil for hundreds, and possibly thousands, of years. Made from the mixture of 2 (or more) plants found in the Amazon jungle – the ayahuasca vine (Banisteriopsis caapi), and the chacruna leaf (Psychotria viridis), which contains the powerful psychoactive dimethyletryptamine (DMT), it is a brew capable of inducing altered states of consciousness. The word ayahuasca is based in the Quechua language and translates to “vine of the soul” or “vine of the spirits”. It goes by many different names according to region, such as onicaapi, natema, yajé, yagé, nepe, shuri, kamalampi, kaji and others throughout the Amazon Basin

Seated at the highest point on our property, this premium suite looks out over the forest canopy with breathtaking 270-degree views of the mountains, ocean, and tropical forest. With additional spaciousness compared to our regular private suites, relax in comfort with indoor and outdoor seating areas, an en-suite bathroom, air conditioning, plus room for yoga and meditation to support the integration of your healing. Wake to stunning sunrises over the ocean in the mornings, and watch the entire surrounding tropical forest turn a beautiful golden hue to greet the day.

Eco-Tambo: Queen – Private Suite

Our economical option is our Private Eco-Tambo. Designed for individuals who prefer privacy and desire an economical option, these are beautiful wooden tambos (huts) surrounded by Costa Rican tropical forest. Getting There

Arrival

Airfare and transportation to retreat location is not included for this experience, as many people are coming in on different days to add to their adventure.

Carpool recommendations + companies we recommend to use from the airports will be shared to support you.

If you’re arriving by plane, we recommend to try to book a flight that lands on the 21st so you can have a day to get grounded in Costa Rica before arriving at the Center on the 22nd.

The best airport to fly into is San Jose in Costa Rica and then you can take a shuttle to the Center or a small charter flight.   The location is very accessible and we will support you with how to get there smoothly.

Departure

We will be wrapping up the morning of the 29th.

Refund Policy

The Retreat is 100% NON Refundable.   Once your spot is saved it is fully yours and your investment has been allocated towards your spot and the activities you will be enjoying.   No exceptions at all as we take your commitment and our commitment to serve you very seriously.

Late Fee Policy

If you use the Payment Plan option the payment needs to be fully completed 30 days prior to day one of the retreat.  For every day the payment is late there will be a $50 charge.
