Behind the Scenes of my Multiple-6-Figure ‘no-launch-plan’ Launch : Episode 243

Hello beautiful divine soul! Welcome back to another episode of a Taylored Adventure to Happiness. If you are new, welcome! If you are a regular, I luv ya, I luv ya, I luv ya!

What is your world like these days? Are you thriving, or does everything just feel a little cray-cray? Either way, let’s take a moment to really soak in this human experience. Let’s acknowledge that we are simply souls in meat suits, living out the game of life. As you anchor that in, let this realization wash over you: Life is an opportunity. It’s not something you have to get right. It’s a game where you get to learn and grow. So, let’s sign up for all the moments — the hard and happy moments, the tearful and triumphant moments.

You with me, sister? Good, because today we’re talking about celebration. I want to talk about celebration because I believe it is one of the most powerful tools we have to embrace life as an opportunity to grow. I don’t know about you, but I grew up with the notion that it’s not okay or even good to celebrate yourself. As an adult, I subconsciously believed that celebrating myself was selfish and boastful. I was afraid to shine and own my light because it might make others feel uncomfortable and less worthy.

When we keep these wins to ourselves because we’re afraid to make other people uncomfortable, we are not only doing ourselves a disservice, but we’re doing them a disservice as well. Think about stars for a second. One star doesn’t stop shining so that the star next to it shows up. No, they both shine. If the stars are close enough, their light compliments each other, and we see an even brighter star from the earth than if they were separate.

When we know how to celebrate ourselves in a healthy way, not only do we shine bright, but we help those around us shine brighter, too. So, today I’m sharing a real-life story of something I chose to celebrate, how I decided to celebrate it, and the light shining in myself and so many other women as a result.

If you’re feeling any resistance to the idea that celebration is a good thing, I hope you’ll hear me out. I promise I will touch on the difference between good celebration and bad celebration! If you’re ready to start celebrating, but you don’t know where to start, or it still feels a little awkward, stick with me. Even though I’m sharing a real-life story, I’m also pointing out the steps I took to celebrating well that you can copy in your own life.

Either way, the amount of good things that other people are experiencing because I chose to celebrate myself is so fucking amazing that I want you to know about it so that you can have the same experience!

Let’s dive in!

How Celebration Became My New Launch Strategy

I just closed enrollment for Ascend, my brand new program created over the last six months. The process of channeling and working on it with my spirit guides started in March of 2020, so there’s a wealth of knowledge poured into this beautiful eight-week experience.

When I started enrollment for Ascend, a lot of people would have called that “launching.” But I think people have a misconstrued perception of what a launch entails, including hustle, 80-hour workweeks, and having 30 million strategies. This is the way I used to run my launches, too. This kind of launch means you’re following everyone else’s guidelines and powering through with masculine energy instead of listening to your intuition.

Don’t get me wrong, babe, you need structure and strategy to get a business off the ground. That’s exactly what I help my heart-centered clients with. But if you’ve worked with a coach or gone through a course to get ready for a launch, you are probably pretty familiar with the old-school programming: months of laying everything out for your launch, prepping all your content, and then gutting out seven straight days of launch craziness.

To me, that means exhaustion, grinding 24/7, pushing people, and having sales calls. It’s a very masculine approach. Over the last few years, I’ve been incorporating more divine feminine energy into my business because that’s what I’ve been working on in myself. So, I decided that I would change my launch strategy for Ascend. More importantly, I wanted to set the example to my community of what a heart-centered, divine-feminine infused launch looks like.

When it was time to welcome beautiful humans into Ascend, I set this intention: I’m not going to do anything I’ve ever done before. I throw it all out the window — the webinar, the lead magnet, the sales calls, EVERYTHING. I set it aside. With that, I did my only job during the two weeks that Ascend was open for enrollment, to show up fully as myself, and to talk about the power of Ascend. That’s it? No sales calls. No pushing people. No lead magnets. No webinars. No pitches. No lead-up to open-cart strategy. None of it!

I decided to trust that I would be led to call in the women who had a soul contract with Ascend. I chose to lean into the intuition, telling me I didn’t need an elaborate production and launch plan to call in these souls. I chose to be the woman I imagine my future-self being — someone who is successful because she lights her torch and lets it shine.

My choice to trust, lean into, and step into the future version of myself was an act of celebration because celebration is a part acknowledgment and a part delight. To celebrate, you need to see what’s good and then enjoy it!

The Results of Celebrating My Future Self

I used to be all about the numbers and how much money I was making when I first started this online entrepreneur journey. But this time, I was so focused on stepping fiercely into my truth and my purpose that I decided that instead of a financial goal, I would set a goal of the number of women I wanted to serve through Ascend

Four or five days after opening the doors of Ascend, we passed that goal. By the time doors for enrollment closed, we had more than doubled that goal. When that happened — I kid you not — I had no idea how much financial energy we received. I didn’t look. I didn’t care. All I could think about were all the magnificent women I was going to serve.

And let me tell you, these women are truly committed to investing in themselves and cultivating compassion towards themselves and others. They have pushed past the stories of, “I don’t have enough money,” “I don’t look the part,” and “I don’t have that kind of time,” to say “yes” to themselves. My assistant told me the other day, “Oh my God, Taylor, the caliber of women that are in Ascend is incredible. Anytime we have a technical issue on the backend, they email me, and they’re so kind.”

Sister, this happened because I decided to push away my stories of, “I have to hustle to launch,” and “Masculine energy is what makes launches successful,” to celebrate my intuition, femininity, and future self.

So if it sounds like I’m celebrating myself, just know I am. I celebrated myself when I opened Ascend, and I’m celebrating myself now. Because I want other people to see how fucking epic this experience was, and I want them to have this same experience in their businesses. And with that, I want to point out that there’s a difference between celebrating and bragging.

Bragging is self-centered — focused on your wins and all the money you made. That’s low-vibe. But celebrating is high-vibe, and others focused. The purpose isn’t to gain self-validation. The purpose is to breathe validation and inspiration into the ideas and desires of others. Celebrating myself is another way of saying, “If I did it, you can do it, too!”

How You Can Level-Up Your Business with Celebration

If you are listening to this episode and thinking, “I wish my business looked like this. I’m doing all the things. I’m in the DMS. I’ve got the strategies. I’ve got the launch plan. I’m providing value. I’m putting out content every day, and it’s just not converting the way I want it to.” If that’s you and you’re ready to shift into the next level of your business, but you just don’t know how, there are three things you can do right now:

#1. Shift. Take an honest look at your business and say, “Okay, let’s shift.” Open yourself up to access amazing coaches and leaders who are creating goodness in your field. Commit to taking this shift with other women who are on the same path as you. Women who have been trying all the things but not seeing the growth they hoped for. Women who are willing to invest in themselves and show up in their divine feminine energy.

#2. Focus. Remember, it’s not about growing just to grow. It’s about growing to make the impact you want — scaling to serve in a heart-centered manner. This might mean you have to celebrate yourself or your clients publicly. Not in a self-centered way, but to remind others of what’s possible and inspire them to chase their dreams, too. It’s okay for you to tell yourself about your successes and what you’re good at — we all have moments where we need encouragement that what we’re doing matters and is working. And it’s okay to tell the world of the great things you’re helping your clients accomplish!

#3. Give value. For nine months before I opened enrollment to Ascend, I didn’t sell ANYTHING. But I never stopped showing up, sharing my wisdom with my audience. Nine months of no sales weren’t what I had planned. Still, it’s what happened. Because I never stopped delivering, creating relationships, and building trust with my community when I opened Ascend, the women who had soul contracts were ready and waiting. Whether or not you have a product ready to share with the world, show up, give value, and connect with your audience.

If you’re like, “Taylor, I’m ready, and I’ll do that work, but I don’t know how to find a group of these like-minded women,” I have something for you. My mastermind has officially opened for applications. The mastermind where I help heart-centered women end 2020 on the highest note ever, by clarifying where you’re going, who you’re serving, and what the most aligned strategies are for you. Then we reimagine what 2021 can look like for you and begin laying the foundation for 2021 to be an absolutely magical year for you. See if you’re a good fit by going to taylorsimpson.com/mastermind and filling out an application.

Shifting your business from the energy of grinding and not seeing the results you hoped does have to be hard. Honestly, it’s more of an energetic shift anyway. So make the decision to shift your energy, get around like-minded women, and pour your energy into providing value to your audience that helps them shift, too.

Why You Need to Start Celebrating Yourself Right Now…

Celebration is like gratitude. The more grateful you are for things, the more things you have to be grateful for. The more you celebrate yourself for what you’ve done, the more you will have to celebrate. As the Universe sees that you celebrate what it gives you, it will provide you with more and more and more until one day you’ll wake up and think, “Oh my gosh, I’m living my dream life.”

I know, because that’s exactly the way it was for me. When I launched Ascend, I chose to celebrate guidance from spirit guides, intuition, and future self. I reinvented the way I launched, and here I am in the present moment. It’s all happening simultaneously: I am living my future self, who is now my current self. I get to celebrate serving more women than I had anticipated, and each of these women is so magical that they fill my assistant and me with life every time we serve them.

So, what does it look like for you to celebrate life? Because that’s how you start creating the life you desire very, very quickly. You bring all of your energy up into your heart, up into a place of love of self and love of others. Then, you appreciate life. You enjoy the wins. You say, “Thank you. Thank you. Thank you. Thank you for this win. Go, me! Go, team! I’m fucking awesome. Of course, I did that! Of course, life gets to be easy for me.”

As you celebrate, life will get easier, and abundance will flow to you because you will be aligned with the energy of the Universe!
